What we collect
Account details (name, email, city), profile photos, pro listing details including cosmetology license state and number, portfolio photos, booking requests, reviews, referrals, and photos you upload with a concern.
How we use it
To verify professionals, match clients with trusted pros, run bookings and referrals, review concerns, keep the platform safe, and contact you about your account.
Payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe. Selah never stores your full card number; we keep only the card brand and last four digits to show you which card is on file.
Who can see what
Pro listings, photos and reviews are public once a pro is verified. Client photos and requests are visible only to the pro you contact. Referral notes are visible only to the two pros involved. Selah staff can access accounts for safety investigations and support.
Your choices
You can update your profile anytime from your account. To delete your account or request a copy of your data, email us and we'll respond within 30 days.
