Using Selah
Selah Beauty connects clients with verified hair professionals. Services are provided by the professional, not by Selah. You must be 18 or older and give accurate information.
Professional listings
Pros must hold a valid cosmetology license, keep their profile photo and portfolio accurate, and meet the Selah standard. Listings appear in search only while the pro is verified and has an active plan.
Pro plans and billing
Pros choose $19 per month, $190 per year, or $8 per new client. Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically until canceled. On the per-client plan, the saved card is charged $8 when a booking with a client new to that pro is marked completed.
Reviews and concerns
Only clients with a completed booking may review. Concerns must be filed within 7 days with photo evidence. Selah may remove content or accounts that are false, abusive or unsafe.
Referrals
Pros may refer clients to one another and share confidential appointment notes. Notes must be professional and limited to appointment details.
Liability
Selah is not responsible for the services a professional performs. To the extent allowed by law, Selah's liability is limited to the fees you paid Selah in the past 12 months.
